SEO Commander reporting: four numbers that matter.

For SEO Commander engagements, every monthly report answers the same four questions. No vanity metrics. No inflated claims. Other engagement types (Audit, Mentorship, Fractional CTO) report on outcomes specific to the build.

How many calls came from Google this month? Up or down vs. last month? Tracked to source via dedicated call tracking numbers.

Map pack appearance.

How many of your target service + location combinations are you showing in the top-3 map pack? Movement tracked month-over-month.

Review velocity.

New reviews this month, average rating, response rate. Both a ranking factor and a conversion factor for your listing.

04.

Organic site traffic (qualified).

Organic visits to service and location pages — not vanity "total traffic." Only the traffic that's a real buying signal.
