Legal Privacy

Privacy policy.

Plain English: what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to make us delete it. Last updated 8 July 2026.

Who we are

Inbound AI is operated by Kaylum Johnson, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. For anything privacy-related, email hello@inboundai.uk.

What we collect

When you use the free "Your top automations" tool on our homepage, we collect: your name, email address, business type, team size, the bottleneck description you write, a hashed (one-way, non-reversible) form of your IP address, and the AI-generated result we produce for you.

When you book a call or email us, we collect whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email, and the details of your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To generate your automation plan and email you a copy.
  • To contact you about your enquiry, including follow-up emails about our services. You can opt out of these at any time by replying — a human reads every reply.
  • To improve the tool (for example, reviewing where its recommendations were weak).

Our legal bases under UK GDPR: consent (advertising cookies, marketing follow-up) and legitimate interest (responding to and following up your enquiry, protecting the tool from abuse).

Where it's stored and who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and stores tool submissions in our database.
  • Resend delivers the result email and our notification email.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) processes the business details you type into the tool in order to generate your result. Anthropic does not train models on this API data by default.
  • Google Calendar handles call bookings under Google's own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, always on, no personal data.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the tool form.
  • Meta Pixel — only loads if you click Accept on the consent banner. Used to measure our Facebook advertising. Decline and it never loads; the site works identically either way.

Retention

Tool submissions and enquiry details are kept until you ask us to delete them, or after 24 months of no contact from you — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@inboundai.uk and it will be handled by the founder, usually within a few days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data badly.
