Legal Privacy

Privacy policy.

Plain English: what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to make us delete it.

Who we are

Inbound AI is operated by Kaylum Johnson, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. For anything privacy-related, email hello@inboundai.uk and it will be handled by the founder.

What we collect

This website has no accounts and no forms. Browsing it collects nothing about you personally. We only receive information when you actively contact us:

  • Booking a call — the calendar on our site is Google's appointment scheduling, embedded from Google Calendar. When you book, you provide your name, email and the details you choose to add; Google processes this under its own terms and shares the booking with us.
  • Emailing us — we receive whatever you choose to send, typically your name, email and your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To hold the call and respond to your enquiry, including sensible follow-up about working together. A human reads every reply; ask us to stop and we will.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interest (responding to and following up an enquiry you started) and consent (where you choose to book or email us).

Where it's stored and who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts this website.
  • Google handles call bookings through Google Calendar, under Google's own privacy terms.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors needed to run the site and reply to you.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising or profiling trackers. The embedded Google booking calendar may set Google's own cookies when you interact with it, governed by Google's policies — the rest of the site works the same whether or not you use it.

Retention

Enquiry and booking details are kept until you ask us to delete them, or after 24 months of no contact from you — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@inboundai.uk and it will be handled by the founder, usually within a few days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data badly.
